YMRS [Young Mania Rating Scale]

The YMRS is a rating scale designed to assess manic symptoms, both for screening and monitoring purposes. The scale was designed to be administered by clinicians in inpatient settings, though the authors encourage adaptation.

Created by Drs. R.C. Young, J.T. Biggs, V.E. Ziegler, and D.A. Meyer. The scale has been published by the authors and widely distributed.
